Seeking Volunteers
Please consider volunteering
Plantations two is a self-managed community that depends on volunteers to ensure our grounds are maintained, our rules and regulations are enforced, and our pool and other assets are properly managed.
We are actively seeking residents to join standing committees,
Grounds Committee
Help needed to manage our community's common areas.
The Plantations Two Board is looking for volunteers to help manage portions of the tasks required to maintain our community's common areas (i.e., trees, landscaping, path maintenance, play courts, etc.)
Architectural Control Committee
Help with the following ACC tasks:

Review Property Improvement Requests

Unwanted Contact - An animal’s unwelcome or unsolicited threatening physical contact or close proximity to a person or a domesticated animal that occurs outside of an owner’s property and causes alarm in a reasonable person, such as biting, chasing, tracking, inhibiting movement, or jumping.
($500 fine)
Pet Licensing -- In Montgomery County all dogs & cats are required to have a county pet license.
